Australian Professional Skills Institute offers practical, one-day short courses designed to equip participants with essential hospitality industry skills, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical training to enhance employability. These courses include nationally accredited qualifications such as Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Safety Supervisor (FSS). Participants will receive a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion.

With a strong practical focus, these one day hands-on short courses ensure participants develop industry skills through a blended online modules followed by face to face practical training and assessment. All practical workshops are conducted at the Culinary Hub in East Perth and close to all public transportation.
