Course Description

This industry-relevant course provides and supports learners who are seeking to gain, refresh or add to their current skills and knowledge within their working role.

This course shows students how to gain skills for a career into a supervisory, team leader or middle-management responsibility in the business world.

The Certificate IV in Business provides leaners with the knowledge of how to develop teams and individuals, customer services strategies, developing work priorities, promoting a product or service in a business environment and communication skills.

This course has been designed against national criteria and offers leaners the opportunity to develop and expand their skills in a potential business manager role.

This course is only available through traineeships and apprenticeships pathway

Course Admission Requirements for Domestic Australian Student

  • For Certificate level courses, students must have completed a minimum of Year 10 schooling or equivalent or to be a mature age student (20 years of age and above).
  • Students need to demonstrate they have proficiency in English. If students cannot provide documented proof of their English language proficiency, they will be required to sit for a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test before a place can be offered.
