This position involves the provision of pastoral care and advisory services to students to ensure that APSI at all times satisfies the requirements of the ESOS framework in maintaining its CRICOS registration. This role provides the critical linkage between operations and training department in all matters in relating to the quality experience of students from enrolment to completion of studies.

Required skills: Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships. Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritises within timelines. Good research, conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to identify problems and provide solutions. IT literacy (ie. Student Information system or database, or customer relationship management system) and experience.

Required knowledge: Diploma Level or above (Australian qualifications preferred)

Report to: Student Services Manager / Managing Director

Work Load: 38 hours per week full time

Provide supervision to: Administrative assistants and office trainees
